This page describes what Gold Polaris Holdings LLC collects through goldpolaris.com, why, and what happens to it. It is written to be read rather than to be survived.
Only what you type into the inquiry form: your name, company or team, phone number, email address, which side of the market you are on, and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing is required of you to read this site.
Nothing in the background. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising tag, no cookie banner, and no third-party script of any kind. Every font, style, and image is served from this domain, so simply loading the page tells no one but us that you were here.
If you never submit the form, we never learn anything about you.
To answer you. An inquiry is a request for a conversation, and we use what you send to have that conversation and to work out whether we are a fit. We do not use it to build a marketing list, and we do not send unsolicited email.
That is the entire list. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share what you send us with anyone else, for any price, ever.
Inquiries stay in our email for as long as the conversation is useful. Ask us to delete yours and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.
Write to contact@goldpolaris.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. There is no form to fill in and no account to close — it is one person reading one inbox.
This site is not directed at children, and the inquiry form is meant for adults. Where a division of our business involves people under 18, a parent or guardian is party to the arrangement and consents to it.
If this page changes in a way that affects what we do with your information, the date at the top changes with it.
